HOLY ANGELS’ SCHOOL solemnly observed the 79th Independence Day of our nation on 15th August 2025, Friday. The morning assembly was followed by the hoisting of our prestigious tricolour. In the evening, the students staged a vibrant, colourful and fascinating array of cultural programmes to celebrate this auspicious day. They paid tribute to the great freedom fighters through their electric performance and at the same time exhibited our rich and varied culture. Some of the highlights of the cultural extravaganza were melodious performances of the school choir group, Kabi Gaan- The lost treasure of Bengal, ever-enchanting Chau dance, breathtaking yoga show, dramatisation of the life and work of Bagha Jatin, to name a few. The sincere effort of the teachers and support staff, the tremendous enthusiasm of students and the cooperation of guardians made the celebration a cherished one. We are thankful to the local administration and the support staff of Sanhati Manch for the smooth conduction of the event.
