Our young orators have brought laurels to the school with their remarkable performance at the Frank Anthony Memorial CISCE Inter-School Debate Competition, held on 24th July, 2026. The competition was hosted at Burdwan Holy Child School for Category II and St. Joseph’s English Medium School, Jajigram for Category I.

Demonstrating exceptional eloquence, confidence, critical thinking, and teamwork, both our Junior Team (Classes IX & X) and Senior Team (Classes XI & XII) emerged as First Runner-Up in the Zonal Round, thereby qualifying for Stage II of this prestigious competition.

The results are as follows:

Category I

– First Runner-Up Team: Rittika Thakur (Class XI) & Projukta Dan (Class XI)
– First Runner-Up Best Speaker: Projukta Dan (Class XI)

Category II

– First Runner-Up Team: Mehuli Biswas (Class X) & Aditi Mukherjee (Class IX)
